Application, Registration and Bond

1. Students will be included on our waiting list after the application has been processed.
2. The application fee is required to maintain the waiting list, process applications, and ensure fairness in the student selection process. This fee helps manage the waiting list effectively and maintain the quality of service for all families interested in
3. securing a place for their child at the school.
4. Please note that joining the waiting list does not guarantee admission to the school. However, it ensures that your child will be considered when a spot becomes available.
5. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available. The registration fee and Bond are then payable.
6. The placement is guaranteed only after the bond has been received.
7. The bond serves as a refundable deposit rather than an extra charge, ensuring that a student’s enrollment at the school is secured. This policy allows the school to effectively organize its resources and staffing based on the number of students who are confirmed to return. Having prior knowledge of which students will continue at the school before the new academic year starts is invaluable for the institution's planning efforts.
8. When families follow the withdrawal policy by providing three months' notice and settling any outstanding payments, the full bond amount is refunded. It is not a financial loss for parents but a commitment to maintaining a stable learning environment for all students.
9. School Fees will not be refunded for any reason if your child cannot attend the school.

School Fees

1. School fees are invoiced in advance and are due by the 15th of the month.
2. You can also refer to the table above to see the applicable months for payment based on the form you have submitted.
3. A Late Fee of 50,000 kyats is chargeable on all accounts that are not paid within 15 days of the due date.
